The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov agreed to establish in the region a mining centre with the President of the Russian Association of cryptocurrency and blockchain (RAKIB) Yuri Pripachkin. The plans of the Republican leadership to invite to Chechnya miners from Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.
In fact we are talking about creating a mining pool of the Eurasian economic Union, reports Bitcoin.com. In the near future the government of Chechnya and RAKIB will be directed to the Bank of Russia's bid to run the pool. Pripachkin said that the adoption of the law on regulation of relations in the cryptocurrency industry will help Russian miners to work legally and transparently. During autumn session the state Duma may consider the bill.
