Our plan is no, if somebody purchases tokens they will not be required to verify their identity.
Accounts created with no purchases are expected to perform some sort of ID or phone verification before they can withdraw their 50 TT in order to protect the network from spam accounts.
We just need to know that the people we give tokens to are real people, not spam 馃槉
Tokens are able to be withdrawn after the token sale in January.
