It's so sad what you have to deal with, on top of dealing with the conditions, themselves.

I'm pretty familiar with the kind of situation I imagine you're dealing with from the external world... from my wife who has Hashimoto's and deals with a constant stream of stupid questions and "well-meaning" advice. And no, nobody "knows how you feel!"
