I do love sushi, and Japanese food in general. Growing up in Denmark, it was not something we ever had access to, at least not back when I was a youngster and still living here. Being on the US west coast opens up a whole different set of cultural flavors; here in Washington state Asian is the dominant immigrant culture, and I have to admit I have grown very fond of the food.
