I have piles and folders and notepad docs on my computer and laptop with partially "baked" ideas that I will most likely never use... but then again, maybe I will, someday!

Actually, it's not that bad. I'd hazard a guess that at least half my Hive posts come from building out some earlier scribbled note, before it vanishes into the mists of "I have no idea why I wrote this, nor what it means?!?!"
