Rosettes are my favorite decoration in cakes and this one was really beautiful!
I tell you a little about this cake, a client already brought the baked cake and I just had to decorate this sometimes I do and so I can also charge some money. And well I was really in need of this job because I'm sick and I'm spending a lot of money on medicine and diet.
When the client brought me the cake, I had a slight fever and I wasn't feeling very well. But still decorate the cake with beautiful lilac and pink rosettes for a little princess birthday month. I really enjoy my job and hopefully more clients will come to make more cakes.
It seems that this baby enjoyed my work and that is the most wonderful thing about all this. See that people enjoy my work and just the client told me that once I ordered a cake with many rosettes and the Italian meringue was not well done and the cake all fell apart. I am very happy that you love my job.
