Hello to all, my dear readers! And again the day off, again in the morning I went to my hacienda. I don't know about you, but our plum season has started.
I have several plum trees growing in my country, and since the beginning of August, the fruits are already starting to gain color and ripen. And he even started collecting some varieties today in the country. Plum jam and pies with plums, canned plums, plum concoction, all this will be prepared for the winter. There is a lot of work, you have to be in time for everything, because as they say in Ukraine, winter asks where summer was. That is, in the summer preparations for winter are in full swing.
I will show you what fruits grow on my plums, until the branches tend to the bottom. For some reason, I never liked plums before, I preferred peaches, apples, cherries. And this is something so fond of plums! We have a lot of them this year, and you can also treat the neighbors.
I remember, before my fruits on the trees had not yet ripened, I wanted to taste a plum. I bought a few, and they look nice, but they don't taste like grass. So your own, homemade plums are the best, juicy, aromatic and very beautiful.

Всім привіт, мої любі читачі! І знову вихідний, знову я зранку відправився на свою фазенду. Не знаю як у вас, а у нас почався сезон слив.
У мене на дачі росте декілька сливових дерев, і от з початку серпня плоди вже починають набиратися кольору, дозрівають. А деякі сорти навіть вже почав сьогодні збирати на дачі. Сливове варення та пироги зі сливами, консервовані сливи, узвар з слив, все це буде готуватися на зиму. Роботи дуже багато в все треба встигнути, бо як то кажуть у нас в Україні, зима спитає де літо було. Тобто, літом приготування до зими йде повним ходом.
Покажу вам які плоди ростуть на моїх сливах, аж гілки клонить до низу. Чомусь саме сливи я раніше ніколи не любив, віддавав перевагу персикам, яблукам, аличі. А це щось так полюбив сливи! У цьому році в нас іх багато, ще й сусидей пригостити можна.
Пам'ятаю, до того як мої плоди на деревах ще не встигли дозріти, захотілося скуштувати слив. Купив кілька штук, а вони зовні гарні, але не смак як трава. Тож свої, домашні сливи самі найкращі, соковиті, ароматні і дуже гарні.
