The first and second editions in the 40th week of course went well, this was also inseparable from the number of participants who were getting more and more every day. Indeed, this 40th week has many surprises and interesting topics to be discussed starting from the first edition to the end of the 40th week. As previously announced, in this 3rd edition in week 40 we will discuss trials, of course this is interesting to discuss considering that many people have attended trials and some have never attended trials at all. Of course, there are pros and cons to this, so I'll discuss it a little in this post.
So, let's check this out.

A court hearing is an action or step taken by an assembly or group of people trying to resolve a case or problem that occurs between a person or group, all of which are only to solve a problem or to draw conclusions from an incident that occurred. Court trials are the mainstay of problem solving or the last resort for all countries, even between countries.

Court trials usually require some time for completion, usually months or weeks, court trials also function so that the termination or settlement of disputes is carried out as fairly as possible so as not to side with the warring parties, this process also involves several elements including judges, prosecutors, juries, and even lawyers who try to defend their client's mistakes.

I myself have never experienced a court trial, I myself do not really understand much about the systematics and also the functions of each element in that court trial. However, I saw a lot of my friends who went through court trials for some of the cases they had.
They also have varying results on the outcome of their court trials. The reason they are undergoing court proceedings is of course to resolve disputes or disputes, this of course requires a third party to resolve it and this is the best way for both parties to decide on a decision. Courts also have different levels, I knew that when I saw my friends who conducted court trials. Court hearings consisting of these levels also aim to resolve problems based on the level of difficulty. And this is something we should know.

What I know after seeing several court proceedings is that all of them were carried out in two forms, namely openly and also covertly. Open and closed hearings certainly have different functions, closed sessions of course cannot be attended by random people and only a few elements are allowed to enter the courtroom. The case is different with closed trial courts where everyone can see how the court proceedings are going and we can find out the results and the process. Closed hearings are also intended for some parties to keep secrets or important matters not known to the public because as you know that at the time of the court hearing all matters will be dismantled completely and openly. And for reasons of keeping secrets that were uncovered, a court trial was held in private. Apart from that, court proceedings which will attract a large number of masses also make court trials held in private.

The judge's decision cannot be contested and is absolute, but many people also cannot accept the decision. This of course often provokes the emotions of the defendant and court trials often cause commotion, therefore court trials also require strict security services when the process is carried out. Not to mention when we talk about trials between countries over a matter or disputes regarding borders or other matters, which of course this will make security even tighter and trials will be held behind closed doors if necessary. The state wishing to carry out the trial must also be safe and impartial to one party. My own country has also held trials of two other countries over disputes with our neighboring countries regarding maritime territorial claims, and the trials were tough and full of tension. Fortunately my country won it and this certainly requires people with good observation in order to win a court trial that they live, of course every country has its best people in this matter.

Court proceedings also require several parties related to the dispute such as witnesses, recordings, or the like which are needed for material for discussion at court hearings. The evidence submitted by the plaintiff or defendant is really needed, this will also make the court trial win or not. When the evidence has been issued, it really determines the judge's decision on a matter that becomes a dispute. The evidence will lead to accusations or may prove that the accusations made are not true or false. Therefore, in severe cases, assistance from several parties is needed to reveal evidence, such as in murder cases, the help of a doctor or witness is needed to dissect a corpse in order to reveal the veil over the murder case.

Other parties are also needed to uncover the truth for each case handled, depending on how clear and how much evidence is obtained. The point is that the more evidence that leads to accusations or indictments, the easier it will be for the judge to decide on a decision, and this is the essence of court proceedings. In fact, he said, the divorce trial also requires strong evidence for our reasons for divorce, which evidence must be presented in front of the judge as a defense or accusation that we file.

Those are some of what I know about the Trial Trial which seems very troublesome, I myself only think based on my observations, but at least we know in general about the trial court. Hope you got some insight, thank you and see you at next week's contest.
