Hello Everyone wherever you are...

Tonight I want to make a post about my experience while enjoying the night in the city of Lhokseumawe, which is a place in the province of Aceh, Indonesia. After all this time I didn't make a post because of my busy life, this time I will make it and start my post by sharing my experiences while enjoying the night in Lhokseumawe City. Actually there are many things in a city of this size, but I only know a few of them and of course the most crowded ones are visited by people.

At night the city is a little more crowded than during the day, moreover the population in this city is fairly dense where every corner has settlements and highways. When night falls, the twinkling city lights seem to hypnotize the visitors by serving various kinds of snacks that are sold in one of the places that I will talk about this time. This place is always crowded every night because there are many food and coffee stalls plus a comfortable place to make everyone visit this place to relieve fatigue and relax.

I'll start with the coffee sellers on the roadside. They always sell their wares from evening to midnight, and at 10pm everyone will be thronging this street to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The streets here are not too wide and a little far from the main road, I think they chose the right place to sell because a place that is not too crowded with vehicles is the right choice, especially since the outdoor concept that has become their trademark makes everything look very comfortable.

I myself really like the atmosphere in this place while looking at the stalls which are filled with lights which make the atmosphere of the night bright. I can even walk back and forth on this street because there aren't many vehicles that pass and people who will visit this place will park their motorbikes and even though they will move places, they will walk for a few meters. They also parked their motorbike very neatly like in the photo.

There are many stalls lined up along this street and this makes me very happy to see them. They sell all kinds of food and drinks here, maybe if we arrive earlier, they seem to be still preparing their wares and also a place to relax for visitors. Sometimes we can sit wherever we want because the place here is actually very wide to relax and only the streets are narrow and look deserted. Usually young people often gather here with their friends until late at night and sometimes they are telling stories, playing games, and the like.

Not only drinks, there are also various types of food available here like the one I visited, at this shop they sell all kinds of processed foods such as sausages, patties, fish cakes, stuffed meat, and the like which later after we choose, they will bake it according our wishes. Honestly, I just saw someone selling like this here and while I was waiting for my food to finish baking, I saw a lot of people who visited this shop and wanted to try the food provided here, of course. The many types of food make people have many choices to choose and according to what they want. I think this is a very effective marketing tactic with a shop that sells food like this not only makes people feel at home here but can also be a convincing business.

For the price that is priced for each type of food is also not too expensive and for me this is fairly cheap. For example, I ordered some Fishcake skewers, one long sausage skewer, Crabstick, and a few others for a total of 10 sticks and cost me only around 15,000 IDR or around $1 USD. With that much money, you can already eat 10 skewers of the various kinds of food that are provided here, it's very cheap, isn't it...?
Snacks like this are perfect to accompany when hanging out and drinking coffee on the side of the road like this, the target market is really good. After choosing my food, I just have to give it to the owner to roast according to my taste and according to the level of spiciness we want, while I can sit pretty in my original place while enjoying my coffee and when it's ready, they will deliver it.

This is some of my food they cooked, and specifically this one I told them to make it a little spicier because I think they would definitely taste better if it was a little spicier. Among them there is Fishcake and also others that come from seafood, and I don't want to eat it with the fishy smell still lingering. Therefore I also told them to roast it a little longer to get rid of the fishy smell. When they bake, the smell of must wafts everywhere which makes anyone who smells it will immediately feel hungry including myself.
The mixture of chili sauce and sweet soy sauce is really delicious, what's more, they have their own seasoning that they rub before grilling it and that's why my food looks a little red. I love spicy food and this is absolutely perfect for me.

I also saw a car decorated with lots of lights, this car took a route that wasn't too far from this place and circled only a few blocks. This car at first glance looks like a car in a safari park, but they decorate it with lots of colorful lights which makes it very pretty. If the car came closer, the lights would look very bright and children's songs could be heard from inside the car. Decorative cars like this are indeed very suitable to be run at night like this, indeed a really good idea.

The atmosphere of the night is indeed the right time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Therefore, people in the city take advantage of strategic places for this and enliven the place by making lots of stalls and shops so that people will visit there and make the place a very good business area.
Maybe that's just a few stories from me tonight. This city is really a bustling city at night, and this is only a part of the many other interesting places, maybe another time I will tell about it again.
See you on another post.
