Slept in till seven thirty, but still another half an hour short. Been waking up frequently in the night as well because of my back, so not the best sleep either. 😢 I try to be careful with the painkillers, but I’m thinking a solid night’s sleep is in order here pretty quick.
Not much going on during the morning routine. Hit up the faucets, watched some crypto YouTube, some LBRY, did some curation, checked the markets, all that stuff.
Bitcoin had a weekly close still above the twenty week moving average, so despite the bearishness of the past several days, it may just have been a healthy pullback and we may still be in a setup for a solid bull run.
I still don’t have any liquid tokens, so didn’t do any trading today. Been considering selling out my BTC and getting back the BCH is used to trade with, but just haven’t been comfortable selling BTC...HODL mode in full swing.
Wenche has the day off today for Labor Day, so we had another chance to take the doggy out for a long walk. The grass was pretty wet, so we stuck to the pavement, but got in the steps to score the #AutomaticWin! 💪🏆
Was a whole heck of a lot warmer this morning, like almost thirty degrees warmer than yesterday morning!!!! I’m not complaining.
We stayed pretty focused on getting our steps in, but I did get my sky shot. Been raining all night and the clouds were threatening, but it cleared up over us and seemed to head to the south of us.
Not sure how we’ve missed this the hundred times we’ve done the church loop, but Wenche saw it this time. I’m not sure what kind of wasp they were (they looked like those black and white kind we saw before). This nest was absolutely gigantic and very active with wasps coming and going like crazy.
We kinda’ just chillaxed for the rest of the day. I did my post and fiddled around on Discord for a while, but otherwise didn’t get much of anything done other than getting my attendance reports submitted for my classes and watering the garden.
We watched a couple of random movies on Amazon, but I was playing on the phone and didn’t really pay much attention at all.
We did find a Terry Pratchet that I’ve seen before, The Color of Magic, but it’s good...fell “asleep” watching that.
No crime today in my dCity. Got my daily income, but still have a bit of saving to do.
Well, I suppose it’s bound to happen occasionally, but I didn’t get my arena task done in Holybread today. 😢 With five minutes left before the daily reset, I lost yet another match, so it wasn’t to be.
Still hanging on to top ten, but it’s tough, for sure!
Got enough CryptoBrewmaster ingredients to get another brew going. Sold it out, but it seems I’ve fallen in the ranks in the meantime.
I got Water splinter for my Splinterlands quest today. Didn’t take me as long as the last couple days, but I keep getting put up against opponents that are waaaay above me. 🤬 I see that level three Lord Anushole drop and I know it’s basically over.
I played a bit earlier today so I wasn’t getting all aggravated and taking a bunch of time before bed. Gave me enough time to rage quit for a while. 😝
Got the quest done in Champion III with a potion. Definitely bleeding DEC at this point, I only have enough for two more days of potions (kinda’ regretting getting those Dice - nah, it’s alright). Got some good rewards again today, seems I’ve been getting some more cards, which is awesome:
Got my stats for the last week. With how my back has been lately, I’m surprised it isn’t all red flags again. I did decide to up my exercise goal to all seven days, I mean, that’s really the goal, right, to be active every day?
