Apr. 15, 22: Routine, Oculus, Crashing, SM Season End, Pizza Trivia, TV, and Games
[Was up for a couple of hours in the middle of the night last night, but the wife slept out on the living room couch and I slept all the way until eight!!!! That was awesome and I actually caught up on some sleep, but now I’m way behind on the morning routine and only barely just started on this post…probably not going to finish in time.]
We got some General Crime, and a crisis in dShitty today, ‘cus math, and despite stating negative income nonsense, I got a whole six SIM. Hooray!
Still just grinding missions on Rising Star. Been months and got weeks to go, but I suppose my Starbits are accruing in the meantime. At least the drunks have gone for now and my Ego is under control.
Sort of feeling pinned with HashKings at this point. Need to sit down and do a proper accounting of the funds I’ve spent on this versus what income I’ve made.
Thinking I might be able to get the twenty HIVE back out of the plots, but that depends on market demand, which I’m not banking on…sale order could sit there for a while. Some of the BUDS have been spent on upgrading my avatar; whether that will sell or not is another story, but at least I got that for free from a Pizza giveaway.
I tried to show faith simply because they were so partnered with Pizza…that’s fine, but just because they’re partnered doesn’t mean they have any economic or coding sense. I don’t think their “dev” has even heard of AJAX or window.innerHTML…”let them refresh,” he says.

Today was the end of the season and I finished in Diamond II for fifty chests this time. I don’t understand why the DEC rewards are so sucky, but I did get a couple gold foil and a pack:

Just staked my SPS drop for the day. I was surprised, though, that for the second day in a row it remained stable. 👍 I finally couldn’t stand it any more and I pulled a bunch of vouchers out today. Sold out about half of what I have on the market for nearly one whole HIVE more a piece than last time! 🤑 Now I’ve got some liquid funds again, can’t seem to recall what all it was that I was so badly wanting to buy. 😂 Thinking I might take a punt on Exode, but gunshy from HashKings.
