Fanush flying, A traditional and colourful flying star in the night sky

Today I will tell you something about Fanush which is known as lanterns. Lantern flying is very popular in Asian countries. Lanterns are flown at various festivals in Bangladesh. At the time of the New Year and various national festivals, these lanterns are flown.

Flying lanterns has now become a part of our tradition. It was first invented in China but it has been used a lot in Bangladesh as well. Buddhists fly many lanterns at one of their festivals.

Lanterns are also called the hot air balloon. When a candle is lit under the lantern, the inside is filled with hot air. Then slowly lantern flew into the sky. Although the price of a lantern is not very high but the joy is much higher.

However, the use of lanterns have been banned in various countries considering the risk of fire. So, we should use it properly.
