I am not vegetarian but when the food is vegetables Dosa I can’t refrain myself from eating that. I just love this food.
There is an art to present vegetables Dosa to customers. The Dosa is rolled and the vegetables are put inside the Dosa. Here is the picture.
I just looked inside the kitchen of the restaurant and observed the baking process of Dosa.
They provide extra vegetables and other items along with vegetables Dosa.
We also ordered Dal Makhani along with pita bread. There was fried chicken as well.
