This is a great adafruit project for lovers of neon lights, because with this guide you can build any shape you want, with flashing animation from neon-like LED strips. You don't need high voltage, the LED strips only need 9V to 12V. You will also learn how to best control the flashing animation using a microcontroller and a Darlington transistor driver.
