Many people would rather take a quick shower than relax in a bath. Personally, I like both. In this article I want to explain the benefits of showering in different ways. I hope you enjoy it.
Wikipedia tells us,
"Showers beat baths from an environment standpoint so long as you aren't taking a very long shower, Grist reported earlier this year.
The average bath uses 36 gallons to fill a tub, while the average shower (without the water-saving device) uses five gallons of water per minute, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.20 Nov 2016"
So, a quick shower is recommended to help save the planet.

As part of a healthy routine, showering offers different benefits depending on water temperature and how long your shower is.

Use a hot shower to wash away tension and loosen stiff muscles. The hot water will give you a mini-massage as it beats on your shoulders, neck, and back.
I've also noticed that a hot shower acts to relieve a stuffy nose if I have a cold.
I sleep like a log after a hot shower too.
Are You a 'Chilly Mortal'?:

My grandfather, who had been in the navy, used to take a cold shower every morning. Silly man!
But there are some benefits to turning your shower cold for the last few minutes. It wakes you up and makes you more mentally alert. Some people even use this to treat depression but you should ask your doctor about that.
When washing my hair, I do cold rinse at the end and have done so for years. It makes my hair shine more and helps stop split ends as my hair is very long.
