It is a common event to see Christians out of zeal for the Lord and need for other issues of life get so busy that we fail to rest, for instance, a Christian student in a tertiary institution, he has class by 7am, gets home by 4pm, goes to church by 5pm, gets back home by 8pm, cooks and eats by 10pm, attends to assignment, it’s almost 2am, he has to observe quiet time, it's 4am, and school preparation again
Please can someone help me tell this student, rest or you will be laid to rest the following day, he has to attend vigil again and it continues like that, at the end of the semester, he gets lower grade compared to an unbeliever and starts looking for pastor to pray for change of grade.

HOW TO LIVE IN REST
- Divine presence gives rest. Exo 33:14, Psalm 23:2. the one who backs you determines how you lay your back
- Stand in God. Ps 116:7, Isa 14:3
- Serve the Lord. Matt 11:29 when u give what u have to Jesus, He gives what he has to u
He is the Prince of peace, he has peace to give, please lie down
HOW TO LOSE REST
- Lack of diligence in what u do.
Take note, when u see a mechanic sweating while repairing a car for instance under an air condition fitted room, he has lost control, i pray u won't lose ur rest in the name ofJesus - U lose rest through stubbornness and pride. Isa 28:12, 30:15. If u doubt, ask the devil, he started going to and fro when he allowed pride
- Disobedience. Ask Adam and Eve, they started tilling the ground to eat and she left delivery room for labour room when that disobeyed
- Don't live outside faith. Hebrews 4:3.

Please tell the person next to u, REST. When u are praiseful, u will be restful, please help me tell another person, be praiseful. Rest is not found in abundance of provision, but in abundance of appreciation
We speak that every power, individual, group laws, history, family background, health issue taking away ur rest is cursed, every evil that has deprived u of rest is cursed, your spirit shall enjoy peace, ur marriage shall experience peace, ur kids shall experience peace in the name of Jesus.
It is written "let there be peace", every event contradicting what is written is rendered useless in Jesus name
It is written "He makes me to lie down", whatever will not make u lie down is cursed in Jesus name
That health issue is resolved now in Jesus name, that boil in ur thigh is dried up now, that pain in the eye, disappear now in Jesuuuusss name, that financial fear, receive solution now, that business that is failing, receive life. It is written "God breathed the breath of life and man became a living being", life comes upon ur long abandoned certificate, that family dispute receive wisdom now, that failure in marriage proposal, receive a positive answer now now now now in Jesus name.
