I don't think the chavistas will agree with a new election using a CNE they can't control. Either way, it is not only the chavistas, but the mafias and criminal groups that are operating in the country under the protection of the chavistas. I don't think a peaceful transition is possible, history shows that the only way to defeat a totalitarian socialists regime is with violence.

The only examples of socialists totalitarians being removed from power is with violence, Panama and South Korea in the Korean war. In both cases it was the American military power that defeated the socialists.
