History of Problems
Although crypto finance is recognized as a new asset class by the financial industry, institutional investors as a whole have not committed to entering the market so far. That's because of the lack of trust in the system running on the Blockchain (and some of its users) and also because the financial problems that exist in the crypto asset space have no level of sophistication, which makes investors cautious or worried.

In addition, VELT can be used in conjunction with Stablecoin (VELD) which bridges the VELIC Platform to a wider range of crypto financial ecosystems. When launched, VELIC will provide an exchange of crypto assets, which will serve as a gateway to the myriad of financial services that VELIC wants to deliver in the end.

My Opinion
VELIC took a different step by implementing the IEO (Initial Exchange Offer) in February 2019, almost the same as ICO. The difference is that the IEO is done in exchange, aka the sale of VELT tokens for the first time on an exchange / exchange. Contributors / investors must prepare by creating an account at the specified exchange and depositing ETH funds in the account in preparation for implementing the IEO.
