Hello.. Well I have been favoring the idea of promoting Hive on other platforms. I have been in the marketing field and also has been a student of Master in Business Administration so probably thats why I am much in favor of marketing. But one thing is clear that marketing is an important thing in success of a project.
Some do marketing through ads, hire influencers, press releases etc while others rely on direct marketing. Direct marketing enables you to communicate directly with individuals, rather than the mass market. This highly targeted and personalised approach can help grow your business in a cost-effective way.
Since, we don't have an centralized identity here on Hive who could own the platform, so it will solely depend on the users itself promoting the platform. In other words, everyone could be an owner here on Hive.
Those with high stakes in the platform would want the platform to thrive.
That day one of the social media influencers in my region was live with a few other individuals but one individual who caught my attention was wearing a shirt with Hive logo over it. I did approach the guy with the Facebook name Paul Jones representing Hive.
We had some conversation and he told me that he is planning a visit to Pakistan sometime in order to promote Hive. They probably are recently in Philippines for the purpose.
That being said, good to see how Hive has provided an opportunity to individuals building their own projects on the platform and they try to promote it which hopefully may help the Hive community.
Let's see if they could manage a visit to Pakistan and I could help them spread the word about Hive to students in Pakistani universities and colleges.
This is something that could not only be providing an opportunity to them but it also may help with Hive promotion.
