According to the specialists it is necessar to sleep 6 - 8 hours a night and to include a part of the 22:00 – 02:00 time interval.

Babies: 14 – 15 hours of sleep
Toddlers: 12 – 14 hours of sleep
Preschoolers: 11 – 13 hours of sleep
Schoolers: 10 – 11 hours of sleep
Adults: 7 – 8 hours of sleep (teenagers need a bit more)
Elderly people: 7 – 9 hours of sleep
