I’m a fitness enthusiast.
But I’m not going to ask you to run 21 km every day or force you to complete any crazy HIIT sprinting every morning.
Heck! I don't even do that frequent.
They are good training approach to push your boundaries, to lift the bar of your fitness level, but they are not what you would do every day. And here is something you can do.
Take a walk.
It’s something you should do.
Walking makes you happier, helps to lose weight, slashes the risk of chronic diseases, and boosts your creativity.
Our body is designed and developed to move, walking is one huge part of our movement patterns.
I write longer articles about strategic thinking and performance improvement on DeanYeong.com. You can download my book about hacking your habits here.
