Sprinting is an incredible workout.
I used to do interval sprint as a HIIT cardio session twice a week. The sole purpose of that is to lose fat, but now, it’s more than that.
Let dive into some health benefits of sprinting first:
Build strength, lose fat, improve endurance, increase speed and power, improve heart health, reduce stress, improve glucose/insulin control and etc.
And what’s more? Again, I love to train my mind at the same time of training my body.
Build mental toughness. When you don’t think you can when your body is signaling you to slow down, you speed up and go all in instead.
Besides, sprinting saves time.
