Yo. Back again today with some Funko themed garbage to share with your wonderful whores. This time around I'm opening up 4 soda's that were dropped for Funko's NYCC event. These came out, like, 3 months later than they were supposed to, so Soda collectors were waiting quite a long time for these little fuckers. The characters featured are Poison Ivy from Batman, and Pumpkin King Jack from The Nightmare Before Christmas. If you're wondering what a Funko Soda is, they are small little figures inside of a aluminum can that features custom artwork on it, and each Soda is a limited production. 1 out of 6 cans will contain a chase figure on most of these figures, and that's what everyone really wants to get their greedy little claws on.
The chase for Poison Ivy is a glitter paint job, making her very shiny looking. And, the chase for Pumpkin King Jack is on fire and glow in the dark. You were limited to ordering 2 of each figure by Hot Topic, where these were exclusive to. Meaning, it's a crap shoot if you pull a chase or not. I'm assuming if you've read this far, you've already watched the video. But, if not. then back the fuck out of here, pussy. As you saw, my luck was pure dog ass here and I didn't have a good time, I should have pizza'd when I French fried. However, thankfully I had a friend grab me a can of Pumpkin King Jack from the local Hot Topic, and that ended up being a chase. As for the Poison Ivy which I really wanted, since I have a giant nostalgia boner for Batman: The Animated Series, I had to have it. Hence why I bent over for it on Ebay.
Now comes the super fun part of having to dump off my extra common soda figures to make up some of the cost of buying the Poison Ivy. Each of these figures has a limited production run, but, even with that, 95 percent of people only want the chase figure. So, it's a huge pain in the ass to sell the commons online anywhere for a decent price after shipping costs. Thankfully, I do have the option of going to a local funko pop shop that buy/sells/trades nothing but pops, where I'll get 60 percent of the value which still isn't great. But, hey, I won't be having to literally lick someone's ass crack to convince them to buy my stuff. So, there's that.
But, yeah. Hope you enjoyed the goofy ass video. I just had to have a very uncomfortable medical test done and this whole week has literally been a nightmare in so, so many ways. So, I'm gonna go back to trying to chill out.
