Decorative Hanging Christmas Tree II Quilling Technique [Eng-Esp]

Hello to all my Hive friends... 🐱

A few days ago, I started making little things for the upcoming holiday season. I made a small Christmas tree figure that can be used to decorate any space or to decorate the tree. If you want to see my previous work, here it is: @dayadam/decorative-hanging-christmas-tree-quilling

Today, I wanted to make another 2D decorative tree model using the quilling technique, so you can start making these beautiful crafts to give to someone special or to decorate your spaces.

Hola a toda mi gente de Hive... 🐱

Desde hace unos días comencé a hacer cositas para esta venidera época decembrina, realicé una pequeña figura de un árbol de navidad que puede servir para adornar cualquier espacio o para decorar el árbol, si desean ver mi anterior trabajo por acá se los dejo: @dayadam/decorative-hanging-christmas-tree-quilling

Para hoy quise realizar otro modelito de árbol decorativo en 2D en la técnica de quilling, para que comiencen a realizar estás bellas manualidades para obsequiar a una persona especial, o para decorar sus espacios.

• Cintas para quilling.
• Aguja para quilling.
• Molde para círculos.
• Argolla de bisutería.
• Perlas de bisutería.
• Cristal de bisutería.
• Hilo hilo yute marrón.
• Tapa nudos.
• Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería).
• Pincel.
• Tijera.

• Quilling strips.
• Quilling needle.
• Circle mold.
• Jewelry ring.
• Jewelry beads.
• Jewelry glass.
• Brown jute thread.
• Knot cover.
• Extra-strong white glue (carpentry glue).
• Paintbrush.
• Scissors.

• I started by taking 3mm wide red tape and winding it around a circle mold. Once I had used up all the tape, I sealed it with extra-strong white glue and removed it from the mold.

• I then shaped it into a triangle, applied extra-strong white glue to harden the piece, and left it to dry thoroughly.

• I took ribbons of various colors and glued them together, some two-colored, others three-colored, and with the needle I rolled them up and made some closed multicolored circles of various sizes.

• Comencé tomando cinta de color rojo de 3mm de ancho, procedí a enrollar en un molde para círculos, terminé con toda la cinta, sellé con pega blanca extra fuerte y saqué del molde.

• Procedí a moldear en forma de triángulo, apliqué pega blanca extra fuerte para endurecer la pieza, deje secar muy bien.

• Tomé cintas de variados colores y pegué entre si, algunas bicolor, otras tricolor, con la aguja enrollé y realicé algunos círculos cerrados multicolores de diversos tamaños.

• I began to insert and glue the colored circles inside the triangle, which in this case is the Christmas tree, filling it completely.

• To make the trunk, I made an open circle with bronze-colored tape, shaped it into a square, and glued it to the bottom of the tree.

• I applied a layer of extra-strong white glue and decorated it with costume jewelry pearls. I placed a crystal on the trunk.

• To finish, I placed a jewelry ring at the top of the piece, took a piece of brown jute thread, and tied it to the ring.

This is how I finished this decorative Christmas tree using the quilling technique.

• Comencé a meter y pegar los círculos de colores dentro del triangulo, que en este caso es el arbolito de navidad,rellene todo.

• Para hacer el tronco realicé un círculo abierto con cinta de color bronce, está la moldee en forma de cuadrado, pegué en la parte de abajo del árbol.

• Apliqué una capa de pega blanca extra fuerte, y decore con perlas de bisutería, en el tronco coloque un cristal.

• Para finalizar coloque una argolla de bisutería en la parte de arriba de la pieza, tomé un trozo de hilo yute de color marrón, y amarre en la argolla.
