And so i was in my home town yesterday because its been a while i went there, all my family members were present and we all decided to make cassava flour so i thought it would be fun to share the process here.
Firstly, you harvest the cassava from the farm, you can harvest the quantity you feel would be enough for you and your family
Secondly, you peel the cassava backs. You can see the peeled cassavas in the basin there
Thirdly, you now sieve it to remove the chaffs. This process makes it to be smooth
When its all done, the final stage is to fry. You fry it into cassava flour
