A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

alt

The disturbance came decided on Italy discharging huge amounts of rain mixed with strong gusts of wind from the early hours of the day and closing the city in a continuous stream of clouds.

alt

The clouds are full of rain and extraordinarily low enough to swallow the Certosa di San Martino on the 200 meters of the Vomero hill.

alt

My day starts early as an old friend of mine comes to pick me up that I had installed a Samsung Evo SSD on his Rog 750 ASUS PC instead of an old 7200 RPM SATA hard drive. The computer has an old i7 that I noticed is particularly powerful compared to the new generation.

alt

In the afternoon the bad weather loosens the grip a little and I can go to the supermarket just outside the neighborhood to do the shopping and, as soon as a ray of sun comes out #Alive, I celebrate my #iamalivechallenge 337.

alt

In the evening I go down to the center of the country because I had to do a service at the ATM and the streets were quite deserted also because every now and then I felt some inconsistent drop of rain falling annoyingly on the head.

alt

Now that my body is getting used to the fatigue I try to keep the number of steps constantly much above 10k in order not to lose the muscle tone of the legs and I managed to keep the pace of the walk high.

Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next #actifit report.
