A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

The maritime polar air flow is still #alive and reached its climax on Sunday. The view I see from the balcony of the house does not promise anything good in the early morning.

alt

Tonight it rained without interruption with violent thunderstorms at the end of the night. After a few tens of minutes a new storm breaks out over the province of Naples. It is impossible to leave the house on this Sunday as flooding is dangerous in the city and province.

alt

In the afternoon my friend sends me a spectacular picture of the island of Procida in the middle of the storm. It’s amazing how the sea keeps colorful even in the clouds.

alt

Late in the evening the weather picture improved even if conditions of instability persist that, from one moment to another, can lead to violent downpours.

alt

All that remains is to entrust our hopes to divine providence.

alt

Someone up there is not late in sending us an evening pizza accompanied by double malt beer and an Italian appetizer.

alt

The outside of this pub is usually packed with people in the spring, and tonight there’s no one around and they’re all locked up in the club.

alt

The evening passed quickly at the end and it’s time to go home to do the last services of the day and to celebrate my #iamalivechallenge number 327.

alt

Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next #actifit report.
