Ok, here are my estimates:

July 26,27,28,30 lower than avg.
29,31 higher than avg.

August 3,4,5,11 lower
1,2,6,7,8,9,10 higher

These are not guaranteed however, some lower days can be high as I cycle sometimes. Work days are high as I walk a lot in my job.
