That is a lovely photo of the calm lake with a stunning reflection. Keeping to heart rate zones can be difficult. I don't run but cycling is just the same for spiking heart rates, especially on the hills!

That was the first time I had been out so early on a ride and it was beautiful. I'll definitely be doing that again soon while the good weather is here.
