Yes, it is a very pleasant walk any time of year under the glass roof. Swan walk has been around for many years, and I was impressed by how clean the roof was.

A very cheeky shot of that heron! 😜 !ALIVE

There is no sign of rain for about two weeks! I still haven't been out on my bike...too hot! I'll have to maybe leave home just after sunrise to beat the heat. That would be good actually 🤔. We'll see!

Thanks for your reply. I'm sure you would love the lakes and wildlife here. !ALIVE

Thanks, yes it is getting hotter by the day, around 30°C today. I didn't get out on my bike this morning but I will very soon. Obviously, due to the heat I need to ride early as possible. !ALIVE

Yes, thanks for your reply. It is a very striking plant. Even more so in reality. I think I must have taken the photo at the right time, and the first time I have seen it in bloom. !ALIVE

Oh thanks for that! Yes, I can see how it got the name. !ALIVE

Wow! This is getting interesting! 😀

When out on rides out into the forests well away from roads it can be really peaceful. !ALIVE

Thats great to hear. Time for a hike? Or do you hike in all conditions?

I enjoyed that so much. I left it too long in between rides but I'll be out again soon. Thanks for your reply. !ALIVE

Thanks @benthomaswwd . I hope youre enjoying this wonderful summer so far!

Yes, I guess in our latitudes, this is what to expect. But I would rather have it like this than 40°C summer then monsoon for a month or more! 🤣

If you do go to Guildford, the sculpture can be found in the castle grounds, which are well worth a visit. !ALIVE

It does look good but I was a little disappointed that it is made of plastic material and so very lightweight.

Thanks once again for the selection @aliveandthriving & in particular @benthomaswwd 👍. !ALIVE

Yes, not a huge HPUD this time but now is the time! 😉

The only way is up! 😀 !ALIVE

Congratulations on your sixth hive anniversary. I have also achieved six years here. May there be many more! !ALIVE

Thanks again for the spotlight and curation guys. !ALIVE
