It was good, very good, but I'm now a bit sore. I need to do it more to build up fitness. !ALIVE

This weather is great isn't it? Some lovely photos of your walk along the coast. !ALIVE

Cheers @actifit.curate team. Lovely to see such a nice variety of good @actifit posts here!

I also like the smell of wild garlic in full bloom. I shall be visiting this spot again when the flowers are out. 😁

Nice one , thanks 😊. !ALIVE

Now is a great time to go off-road. Just coming into the drier seasons, where the tracks really start to become rideable. Providing we get plenty of sunshine of course, but thats not guaranteed. 😁 !ALIVE

Great curation selection, and once again, thanks for the pick. 👍 !ALIVE

Wow! That makes my jaws ache just looking at it! They have incredible strength in their teeth and jaws. Thanks for the pictures. !ALIVE

Nice flower show! 😁. I see you also have Starbucks. Do you have Costa coffee there too? There are so many coffee shop brands now, it's amazing that they all get enough business, but they do somehow!

So you are also still getting the cold weather? We are also fed up with this. A cold snap is forecast for us soon, 😳. Hopefully, spring next! 🤷‍♂️ Your town is looking nice. !ALIVE

Unfortunately, I cant solve the issue with the lock until tomorrow (monday) as it's part of a shared lockup. It's now raining again 😑 so back to reality! 🤣 !ALIVE

Spring is always so lovely when the sun comes out! 😁

They are very nice ales and rightly popular too. Ranmoor is an intensely hoppy IPA.

The pale ale sounds nice. That reminds me of a brewery called Surrey Hills Brewery, a place I keep meaning to visit to buy some of their amazing craft beers. A favourite of mine is their IPA called Ranmoor.

You are so right! I am myself approaching 70. My body is now telling me its time to slow down a bit. At sixty I was so fit and I worked until 67. Keeping active though is essential, otherwise you're just

Keep focused, and carry on! I hope you achieve all your goals. !ALIVE
