Autumn has arrived! : Actifit Report Card: October 4 2026

First thing his morning I looked out of the window to see sunshine. Thats not a surprise in itself and it looked good for a nice walk. It did however feel quite chilly. That is what made me realise that, at last, autumn has arrived.

When you walk out of your front door and feel like going back inside to get another layer of clothing, that is the moment you say to yourself, yes, it is the seasons changing.

Some trees are showing signs of colour change. Not many but it is starting to happen. Berries are abundant, it has just been the storms, winds and frost that is missing now! 😫❄️☔️
