Time for a rest! 😴 : My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2026

This was the scene on the Ifield Mill Pond today. The seagulls were having a good siesta amongst the wild fowl and geese.

Another thing of note was that more swans have arrived here. I counted six adult birds today! That is crazy! The one remaining cygnet was still there with its single parent, which was a good sight, but too far off to photo.

I love this park and lake. The lake is bisected by a railway, hidden by a bank of trees, which is good and you wouldn't know it was there. A tunnel under the railway connects the two lakes together.

It is always so peaceful here. A great way to unwind.
