Greetings friends, the days go by very fast and the month of January is about to end, however, we remain active collecting during each hour the corresponding Token, where the time I have already managed to overcome more than 14 K Token Zing in my account and what better way to celebrate with a new figure in origami version, where this time we take as reference Water Whale, who is another of the creatures of the game. So I decided to make a paper whale, although it does not have the same details, I was very happy with the result of being able to recreate it in that version with the origami technique, where as I was putting things together things were getting complicated and in the end I managed to get our blue whale of the game.

Saludos amigos, los días pasan muy rápido y ya está a punto de culminarse el mes de enero, sin embargo, nos mantenemos activos recolectando durante cada hora los Token correspondiente, donde el tiempo que llevo ya logre superar más 14 K Token Zing en mi cuenta y que mejor manera de celebrarlo con una nueva figura en versión de origami, donde esta vez tomamos como referencia Water Whale, quien es otra de las criaturas del juego. Así que me anime a realizar una ballena de papel, a pesar de que no cuenta con los mismos detalle, quede muy contento con el resultado de poder recrearla en esa versión con la técnica del origami, donde a medida que fui armando las cosas se fueron complicando y al final se logró obtener a nuestra ballena azul del juego.

The collection of the creatures of this project continues, where this time I build the third origami version of the project, where the first one was Fire Wolf, then Electric Rabbit and this time it was the turn of Water Whal, where soon the collection of all the creatures will be complete. So I hope you like this new origami and are encouraged to practice them at home.

La colección de las criaturas de este proyecto continúa, donde esta vez construyo la tercera en versión de origami del proyecto, donde la primera fue a Fire Wolf, seguidamente Electric Rabbit y esta vez les tocó a Water Whal, donde a poco la colección de todas las criaturas estará completa. Así que espero que le guste este nuevo origami y se animen a practicarlos en sus casas.

The first thing we have to do is to take a sheet to start making a square on it, which we will have some leftover and with the help of a scissors we will cut it to have the square ready. Next, we are going to fold the sheet in half, so that the two diagonals are marked on the sheet and it will be much easier to begin to assemble our version of the creature, being a whale.

Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es tomar una hoja para comenzar a hacer un cuadrado en la misma, al cual nos quedará algo sobrante y con la ayuda de una tijera lo vamos a cortar para tener listo el cuadrado. Seguidamente, vamos a doblar la hoja por la mitad, con la finalidad de que queden marcadas las dos diagonales en la hoja y pueda ser mucho más fácil para comenzar a armar nuestra versión de la criatura, siendo una ballena.

Next, we will form two triangles on the sheet, folding the end towards the center along the line we marked in the previous step, we will do this on both sides and we will have a kind of cone on the sheet, the idea of this step is to be able to assemble the body of the whale and get the necessary doubles for the following steps, you can see how it will be in the photo.

Seguidamente, vamos a formar dos triángulos en la hoja, doblando el extremo hacia el centro por la línea que marcamos en el paso anterior, eso lo vamos a hacer en ambos lados y nos quedara especie de un cono en la hoja, la idea de este paso es poder ir armando el cuerpo de la ballena y conseguir los dobles necesarios para los siguientes pasos, puedes ver cómo va quedando en la foto.

Then we turn the sheet very carefully to proceed to fold the sheet in half, joining the bottom corner with the top corner to flatten in the center of the sheet, it will be very small. From there we are left with a kind of two pockets on the bottom of the leaf, thanks to the previous folds, which we will flatten to obtain the shape of a larger triangle, we will repeat the same for the other side of the leaf, very carefully so as not to damage the body of the whale.

Luego volteamos la hoja con mucho cuidado para proceder a doblar la hoja por la mitad, uniendo la esquina de abajo con la esquina de arriba para así aplastar en el centro de la hoja, nos quedará muy pequeño. De allí mismo nos queda especie de dos bolsillos en la hoja en la parte de abajo, gracias a los dobles anteriores, la cual vamos a aplastar para así obtener la forma den un triángulo más grande, eso mismo la vamos a repetir para el otro lado de la hoja, con mucho cuidado para no dañar el cuerpo de la ballena.

Now things will be getting a little more difficult on the sheet, since the doubles will be more tedious, where we are going to lower one of the tabs of the sheet, folding it in half and we get the shape of a very large rhombus. Then we fold the left side in half, taking the corresponding corner, which will not be as follows, as shown in the photos, where you will see that the whale is taking shape.

Ahora las cosas irán subiendo un poco de dificultad en la hoja, puesto que los dobles serán más tediosos, donde vamos a bajar una de las pestañas de la hoja, doblando por la mitad y nos queda de la forma de un rombo muy grande. Luego doblamos el lado izquierdo hacia la mitad, llevando la esquina correspondiente, la cual no quedará de la siguiente forma, como se aprecia en las fotos, donde ya verán que la ballena está tomando forma.

The origami is taking a lot of shape, where now we are going to fold very carefully the top corner and the bottom corner inside, which will allow the whale to take shape and will be part of its body. Once folded that small part of the sheet, we proceed to fold the sheet in half and there will be the complete body of our origin, as you can see it will be somewhat small, but it is not ready yet, because now comes the corresponding details of this great creature.

El origami va tomando mucha forma, donde ahora vamos a doblar con mucho cuido la esquina de arriba como la de abajo para adentro, la cual nos va a permitir que la ballena tome forma y será parte de su cuerpo. Una vez doblado esa pequeña parte de la hoja, procedemos a doblar la hoja por la mitad y de allí estará el cuerpo completo de nuestro origen, como pueden ver quedara algo pequeña, pero aún no está lista, ya que ahora viene los detalles correspondientes de esta gran criatura.

Finally we will have a part of the paper loose, which we go inside with the idea of being able to remove the fins of our whale. We do the same on the other side of the sheet so that the whale can swim with its two fins. Right there we will also fold the back part so we can get the fin of the whale, which will be just a little bit of the sheet, the size of the tail will depend on each person, and in this way we will get the whale.

Por último nos quedará una parte del papel suelto, la cual vamos hacia adentro con la idea de poder sacar las aletas de nuestra ballena. Eso mismo lo hacemos en el otro lado de la hoja y así puede nadar la ballena con sus dos aletas. Allí mismo también vamos a doblar la parte de atrás para así poder conseguir la aleta de la ballena, la cual será un solo un poco de la hoja, el tamaño de la cola dependerá de cada quien, y de esa manera lograr la ballena.
