Nuevos problemas en el compresor - Cambio de capacitor y rolineras [ESP-ENG]
Hace aproximadamente unos tres meses el aire acondicionado central de mi casa, se le realizó algunos cambios de piezas y se arreglaron otros detalles para que funcionara bien y cumpliera su función de enfriar la casa por un largo tiempo. Sin embargo, el día lunes en horas de la noche comenzó a sonar muy fuerte nuevamente el compresor, algo que nos llamó mucho la atención, se decidió apagarlo para no seguir forzándolo o se dañara cualquier pieza del compresor, sin duda tuvimos ese día que dormir sin aire, por lo que llamamos nuevamente al técnico que arreglo el aire la vez pasada y viniera a casa para revisarlo.
Una de las pruebas que realizaron fue prenderlo por unos minutos y de esa manera identificar de donde provenía ese ruido del compresor, de inmediato noto que el problema otra vez eran las rolineras las cual estaban desgastadas y producían ese gran ruido. No sé por qué esta vez duraron muy poco tiempo, si solo tenían tres meses desde que se cambiaron, quizás pudo haber sido la marca y calidad, así que esta vez el técnico les coloco las rolineras de otra marca, mejor calidad, para que así pudieran durar un poco más de tiempo, ya que si no sería una renta en dinero estar cambiándolas cada tres meses.
About three months ago the central air conditioner in my house, was made some changes of parts and other details were fixed to work well and fulfill its function of cooling the house for a long time. However, on Monday night hours began to sound very strong again the compressor, something that caught our attention, it was decided to turn it off to not continue forcing it or damage any part of the compressor, no doubt we had to sleep that day without air, so we called again the technician who fixed the air last time and came home to check it.
One of the tests they performed was to turn it on for a few minutes and thus identify where the noise came from the compressor, immediately noticed that the problem was again the rollers which were worn and produced that big noise. I do not know why this time they lasted very little time, if they only had three months since they were changed, perhaps it could have been the brand and quality, so this time the technician placed the bearings of another brand, better quality, so that they could last a little longer, otherwise it would be a rent in money to be changing them every three months.

Una vez que nos explicó lo que estaba sucediendo, comenzó a destapar el compresor, quitándole los tornillos, sacando el motor con el aspa, para así poder trabajar con mayor facilidad y tranquilidad y poder sacar las rolineras. Este motor por ser algo grande cuenta con dos rolineras y una de ellas estaba totalmente destruida, desgastado, algo que era impresionante, ya que parecía que la hubiesen destruido con una herramienta, es por el uso que tiene. La otra rolinera estaba buena, sin embargo, se tomó la decisión de cambiarla y estar tranquilos por esa parte.
Una reparación que duro solo algunos minutos, a simple vista, parece muy fácil, pero requiere de mucha experiencia, conocimientos y dedicación para hacer ese tipo de trabajos. Una vez todo listo le agrego algo de grasa, giro las aspas antes de montarla y todo estaba muy bien, ya no había ruido por ninguna parte, así que lo único que quedaba era armar todo nuevamente.

A repair that lasted only a few minutes, at first glance, it seems very easy, but it requires a lot of experience, knowledge and dedication to do this kind of work. Once everything was ready, I added some grease, turned the blades before mounting it and everything was fine, there was no noise anywhere, so the only thing left was to put everything back together again.

Seguidamente, se realizó una prueba de gas para ver cómo estaban los niveles, esto era algo que no se hacía hace mucho tiempo, lo bueno es que todo estaba bien y tenía lo suficiente para así poder enfriar. Para hacer este trabajo se necesitó de un pequeño equipo, el cual tenía una manguera conectada a los medidores y de esa manera manda una especie de señal y el técnico sabe cuándo le falta o si está bien. Fue una pequeña revisión que se hizo para aprovechar que estaba el técnico en casa.
Next, a gas test was performed to see how the levels were, this was something that had not been done for a long time, the good thing is that everything was fine and had enough to be able to cool. To do this work we needed a small piece of equipment, which had a hose connected to the meters and in that way it sends a kind of signal and the technician knows when it is missing or if it is okay. It was a small revision that was done to take advantage of the fact that the technician was at home.

También reviso el capacitor del aire y uno con los que cuenta este equipo estaba malo, no estaba mandando la lectura indicada que tenía que mandar, además un capacitador malo puede afectar mucho al motor, ya que produce un sobrecalentamiento. Este repuesto no se había cambiado tampoco, así que había llegado el momento de hacerlo, sin duda el técnico contaba con algunos de estos repuestos y los cambio de una vez.
He also checked the air capacitors and one that has this equipment was bad, was not sending the reading indicated that had to send, plus a bad capacitor can greatly affect the engine, as it produces overheating. This spare part had not been changed either, so the time had come to do it, no doubt the technician had some of these spare parts and changed them at once.

Lo que tenía que hacer era desinstalarlo del compresor con mucho cuidado quitando algunas de las conexiones respectivas y colocar el nuevo capacitor de la manera correcta, para que así comience a trabajar, los demás estaban buenos. Ahora, si ya estaba todo listo, reviso por segunda vez y no había más problemas en el compresor, volvió a colocar la tapa, los tornillos y se encendió el aire, donde todo estaba muy bien.
What he had to do was to uninstall it from the compressor very carefully removing some of the respective connections and place the new capacitor in the right way, so that it would start working, the others were good. Now, if everything was ready, I checked a second time and there were no more problems in the compressor, put back the cover, the screws and turned on the air, where everything was fine.

Mientas tanto, también se aprovechó de configurar y revisar el termostato central, aparato que controla la temperatura del equipo, la cual estaba un poco pasado y lo coloco donde debía estar, nos recomendó no estar moviéndolas y con el clima que está haciendo ahorita el aire le cuesta un poco enfriar, pero en la noche funciona muy bien y enfría toda la casa.

Esos fueron tres pequeños arreglos que se tuvieron que hacer de inmediato y es algo que se nos escapa de las manos, nadie se esperaba ese gran ruido del compresor de la noche a la mañana, lo bueno es que se solucionó todo ese problema del aire, nos queda estar pendiente del mantenimiento respectivo y apagarlo de vez en cuando para que así descanse un poco y mantenga su nivel de vida.
Those were three small repairs that had to be done immediately and it is something that escapes from our hands, no one expected that big noise from the compressor overnight, the good thing is that all that air problem was solved, we must be pending the respective maintenance and turn it off from time to time so that it rests a little and maintain its standard of living.
