Reuters reports that TD Ameritrade is launching a new Facebook chatbot to give customers an easy way to get information on their accounts, stock investments and markets, etc.
The article talks about how AI will be used to answer customers basic questions and how a live customer service will also automatically kick-in whenever there are problems which the bot cannot answer. Apparrently, if you get the wrong answer and you type a profanity, the bot will know it has got something wrong and the chat will be handed over to a live representative.
