In the Baha'i Teaching, art, science and all skills are forms of worship. A man who makes a written work and devotes the best of his ability, earnestly, exerts all his strength to make that work perfect, means he has praised God. To be clearer, all the efforts and hard work done by a human being from the bottom of his heart is a form of worship, if it is based on motivation and a desire to perform human services.
Worship is: doing for the benefit of mankind and serving those who are more in need. Service is a prayer. A doctor who serves the sick, with a gentle valley, full of love, free from prejudice and believes in solidarity between people, means he has praised God.
