Totally missed this post. Would have worth my full upvote again, but I wasn't in town that time during the Lunar new year. Best part for you to enjoy Kuala Lumpur during Lunar New Year is, you can have the city all by yourself, as majority of the "local" residences are non-local. Haha. I'm one of them.
