Well, if buying property in this part of the region, I think Vietnam, Cambodia Thailand and or probably Laos is NOT where you wanna be. However, the expensive ones in Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore is widely available as long as you wanna put your money down 🤣 no I don't encourage you buy here, they're simply overpriced and lack of demand. Shit houses are calling for millions where the bank won't loan anything more than 50% to the locals, now imagine buying a million Ringgit house as a foreigner, 10 years down the road, the property raised its value to 2 million, but the bank is gonna pay 500k only. Where to find a new buyer whose willing to put down 1.5 million down payment 😂

I think it's still very convenient to live in Mexico as an American.
