Hi qwerrie :) I’ve tried them on other occasions and they’re really great! It's different from all the mushrooms I've ever eaten ... The texture is really similar to chicken meat (it's more like the texture of chicken nuggets, so to speak). The taste is smooth, a mix of chicken and crab, but with that ground-to-mushroom touch.
It is a great food for vegetarians, due to its nutrients.
