One of the issues right now I guess is autovotes, some people put lot of effort on a post to get little curation, and that's OK, quality and liking is subjective, but then they see low effort or automated stuff getting autovotes and bigger rewards and that's quite delusional... I can understand the reasons behind autovoting, but right now curation should be manual or ai assisted to discover posts
