"Shield" 5x7 oil on panel
My name is David Cheifetz and I'm an oil painter. I got into crypto recently and learned about steemit from an episode of the Crypto Talks podcast. Sharing my work on the internet has played a huge factor in my career over the past 10 years...Needless to say, I couldn't wait to join you all here.

In 2007 I began learning how to paint with oils at the Schuler School of Fine Arts in Baltimore. By 2009 I was able to leave my architecture career and transition fully to painting.

I paint, I teach, and (more recently) I dad.
I look forward to finding a new community here with which to share paintings, processes, and thoughts.
