My name is David Bee. I live by selling life insurance to people, preaching the gospel of insurance daily to everyone around me since June 2010. It was in the same month, I found my identity in Christ that I am also a child of God. And since then my life has changed very much! And past 10 years I have been living by the grace of God to provide me. Truly in Him there is no lack!
Through life insurance business, I have been very blessed both in my own life and clients’ lives. Because of this great business, I have had the opportunity to travel more than 15 countries in the past 10 years seeing different people living in different unique cultures. The world is truly a amazing place the Lord has created! Couldn’t imagine how much more beautiful Heaven looks like!
All my past 10 years travellings have just been for leisure, but 2019 has truly been different. This year, I have chosen to travel to Philiphines for Mission Trip with ‘Bread & Life International’. A mission trip is a Christian’s programme where we will be practicing our Christian values in preaching, praying for the sick and the poor as well as feeding, clothing and providing for those in need. It was truly a meaningful holiday that was so much better than the normal holidays. So many lives were touched through the 10 days while we were there. (Will write more on this trip in later posts)
My dream has always wanted to be a doctor to heal the sick! However, due to not so well to do family background, I couldn’t fulfill that dream. However through this trip, I have gotten to see how doctors and dentists work and I got to join in to assist them through pharmacy, triage and dentistry! I felt so good being part of them! It felt like dream came true!
I guess now I have found more meaning in life on what I want to do. I will definitely continue to excel and grow my life insurance business in Malaysia and save the wealth to help more needy people be it through the Gospel of Salvation of Jesus Christ or through monetary and physical form so that this world will continue to become a better place to live in!
