It is a sad story. Cats do love their owners and to be given up for a sofa. I would never give up my cat for a sofa. One thing about furniture and a cat is that the cat or at least my cat will tear up the furniture. It is OK. So my furniture is all tore up, but I have my cat. I like it better that way.
