Así me tocó entrenar ayer, día jueves 24 pero se me hizo muy tarde y me tocó subirlo hoy viernes 25. En el vídeo sale mi entrenamiento real de el día de ayer con las series completas, claro , en la mayoría de los clips aumente la velocidad al doble.
