So there is the need for every country to establish its own ranges for the laboratory. In most African countries ranges used are from the North America and European countries. And these ranges cannot to used any longer because of the difference of the factors listed above. In Ghana Medlab Ghana is under going a project to help generate reference range for all anlaytes measured. From hematology, biochemistry, immunology, and other measureable anlaytes..
