The very first short hike, out of the gate here in Radium, (East Kootenay, British Columbia) is right here in the valley, inside the city limits. Once you venture downward, it really feels like you are far from the city. Really cool. The weather was outstanding as well, what more could we want? This short hike only took about an hour or so, and was great for a warm up. I’m really starting to love this little town. Maybe we will hit the hot springs tonight!
