This was my official Final Fall hiking of 2024. Most of the leaves that were gonna fall, have fallen. Temperatures have gotten cooler. I have dressed warmer, and I can see my breath now! But most importantly — no snow yet! Wonderful. Let’s make the most of what remains of a beautiful, but cool Fall day. I was pretty much the only one out on this loop hike, except for a few hikers I passed by near the end. It appears that this hike ain’t so popular at this time of year — fine by me.
