After arriving in Radium, first measure of business was to just walk around the townsite and get the lay of the land. So I’ve got some random first photos to show you. A little of this and a little of that. Radium is a small town with a population of about 1,500 or so, located on the eastern edge of British Columbia, and inside Kootenay National Park. For such a small town, there sure is a lot of motels and hotels, due almost entirely to the famous hot springs nearby. The attraction for myself though, are the hiking opportunities in the area.
