So I have discovered a lot about this property in a short amount of time. Klamath Falls is about 30 miles away where there is a actual town... like with a Walmart and everything...
Sunrise from said Walmart..
Apparently there are 3 hot springs within 30 minutes drive..
There's a river 20 minutes away..
The National forest is 3 miles away.. so I'm surrounded by beauty... now let's look at my property..
Looking down the east property line..

Along the road from east to west..
There's a fair amount of trash on the property... soon to be removed..
There are downed trees all over... a virtual
